Location: Richmond, VA 23219 (Hybrid - in office Tue/Wed/Thu each week)

Contract: 11/23/2026 to 11/26/2027

Pay: up to $104.09/hr C2C ($96.71/hr W-2)

About the Role:

Senior Programmer Analyst supporting a client's HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite application. You will work in an Agile team of four, processing complex backlog items and supporting daily operations. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to change, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities:

• Execute application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules
• - Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews and observation to develop and modify applications using Oracle application standards and tools
• - Perform complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems
• - Design, develop, modify, test, debug, and implement programs and systems
• - Develop and execute unit and system testing and support user acceptance testing
• - Define input and output requirements and support turnover of program changes into production
• - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation
• - Follow coding standards and reviews; document all work and provide technology turnover to other staff

Required Skills:

• Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above (AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, Time and Labor)
