About the Role

We re looking for a meticulous and methodical QA Test Engineer to ensure our products deliver reliable, highquality experiences to our users. In this role, you ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to validate functionality, uncover issues, and help maintain a smooth endtoend user journey.

While experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) domain is a strong advantage especially for understanding order flows, POS systems, and service operations it is not a strict requirement. We welcome testers who are detailoriented, curious, and passionate about delivering quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing for new and existing features
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using standard QA tools
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Validate backend and frontend behavior across web, mobile, and API-driven workflows
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and test scenarios
• Participate in refinement and sprint planning to ensure proper test coverage
• Reproduce, isolate, and communicate issues clearly with actionable detail
• Support release activities and ensure product readiness across environments
• Provide input on improving QA processes, testing efficiency, and product quality

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Hands-on experience creating and executing detailed test cases and test scripts
• Ability to identify patterns, edge cases, and potential risks in user workflows
• Familiarity with bug-tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, etc.)
• Experience testing web or mobile platforms
• Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in QSR, retail, POS systems, or order management platforms
• Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Experience working alongside automation teams or contributing to automation readiness
