Job Details

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically curious Data Validation Analyst to support the integrity of data across our video product ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about data quality and eager to grow in a complex testing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own testing for 1 2 platforms (e.g., Roku, SamsungTV, Xbox)
  • Execute manual and automated test cases to validate data accuracy and completeness
  • Generate and analyze data events using Charter's proprietary tools (Photon, Quantum, Sequence)
  • Collaborate with front-end development teams to align on release timelines and testing needs
  • Identify defects and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support automation efforts and maintain documentation in internal repositories

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in QA or technical testing (internships/projects count)
  • Strong attention to detail and a testing mindset
  • Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., WebdriverIO, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts
  • Ability to interpret tabular reports and identify anomalies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exposure to native and connected device testing (iOS, Android, Roku, etc.)
  • Experience with OpenSearch, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
  • Understanding of CI/CD workflows and version control (Git)
