Mandatory Skills & Experience
Candidates should demonstrate:
Deep expertise across the MarTech ecosystem and digital marketing platforms.
Strong experience with Adobe Marketing/Experience Cloud products.
Proven leadership in MarTech transformation, product implementation, and platform modernization.
Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled marketing solutions and custom AI applications.
Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and implementation plans.
Experience leading architecture, integration, onboarding, and adoption of enterprise marketing platforms.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and document the current MarTech landscape, tools, processes, and integrations.
Lead strategic evaluation, implementation, and onboarding of new MarTech products.
Drive adoption and enhancement of existing marketing platforms.
Define implementation roadmaps, project plans, and execution strategies.
Conduct architecture and design reviews.
Lead integrations across the MarTech ecosystem.
Support AI enablement initiatives across Firmwide Marketing.
Oversee implementation of AI-powered marketing capabilities and applied AI use cases.
Profile Expectations
Led enterprise-scale MarTech transformation programs.
Worked directly with Marketing, Digital Experience, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Operations organizations.
Experience with Adobe ecosystem, AI-enabled marketing platforms, personalization, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Prior consulting/advisory experience with large financial services clients is a plus.
