Our client, a startup immigration document preparation company leveraging AI to streamline visa processes for tech talent, is seeking an Immigration Specialist to join its growing legal operations team.
This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional with strong legal writing experience in O-1 and EB-1 petitions. You'll play a key role in managing a high volume of cases while using an AI-powered platform to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
What you'll do:
- Prepare high-volume, writing-intensive O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions using an AI-enabled platform
- Conduct detailed quality checks to ensure petitions are accurate and submission-ready
- Manage the end-to-end petition process, from document collection through final assembly (300–1500+ pages)
- Serve as a subject matter expert and copy editor, maintaining high standards of legal writing
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify platform improvements and enhance workflows
What they're looking for:
- 2–6 years of experience in business immigration, with a focus on O-1 and/or EB-1 petitions
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills
- Experience in a startup or high-volume environment preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement
