• Strong Oracle Cloud HCM Functional/BSA experience
• Recent Oracle Cloud HCM post go-live support & stabilization
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud HR/HCM modules experience
• Functional troubleshooting + optimization experience
• Strong business user/stakeholder communication
• Experience in Healthcare or Higher Education environments
• Prior Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience

We are seeking a strong Oracle Cloud HCM Business Systems Analyst to support our recent Oracle Cloud HR go-live initiative. This is a highly functional role focused on post-production support, optimization, issue resolution, and partnering closely with business stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and help drive stabilization and continuous improvement of a newly implemented Oracle Cloud HCM platform. Need prior implementation experience with projects at Healthcare or Education industry .
