Minimum Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
• 7 years of hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation testing tools.
• 7 years of experience with Java (preferred) or C# / Python for test automation scripting.
• 7 years of experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
• 7 years of experience with functional testing principles and best practices.
• 7 years of experience using TestNG / JUnit / NUnit, Maven / Gradle, and Git.
• 7 years of experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• 7 years of experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).
• 7 years of experience using SQL for backend data validation.
• 6 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 6 years of experience in test planning and strategy, including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, regression, and risk-based testing.
• 6 years of experience independently owning testing for a feature or module.
• 6 years of experience managing the defect lifecycle.
• 6 years of demonstrated ability to think from an end-user perspective.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• 7 years of experience with Selenium Grid and parallel test execution.
• 7 years of experience testing cloud-based applications (Azure and/or AWS).
• 7 years of experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• 5 years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
• 5 years of experience with DevOps practices and shift-left testing approaches.
• 5 years of experience testing applications built on microservices architecture.
• 5 years of knowledge of security testing fundamentals.

Summary:
• Senior-level QA Engineer / Automation Tester responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through scalable, maintainable, and reliable automated testing solutions.
• Understands business objectives and problems, evaluates alternative solutions, and performs studies and cost–benefit analysis to recommend optimal testing and automation approaches.
• Partners closely with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams to analyze user requirements, improve systems, and enable automation that enhances efficiency and quality.
• Leverages deep expertise in Selenium-based functional automation, modern QA frameworks, CI/CD integration, and Agile delivery models.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze business objectives, user requirements, operational procedures, and system limitations to identify testing and automation opportunities.
• Confer with business users and technical teams to understand current workflows, pain points, data inputs/outputs, and reporting needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks (data-driven, hybrid, and BDD).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing (manual and automated).
• Write detailed documentation describing user needs, test scenarios, test cases, program functions, and automation workflows.
• Review system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to assess feasibility of requested enhancements or changes.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architects to clarify requirements and ensure testability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct defect tracking, root cause analysis, impact assessment, and lifecycle management.
• Provide test coverage analysis, quality metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure testing solutions align with enterprise quality standards and best practices.
