About the job

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help design and build scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role goes beyond traditional development and sits at the intersection of platform engineering, enterprise integration, data systems, and AI-augmented development.

You will own end-to-end delivery of features, contribute to architecture decisions, and leverage Generative AI tools to improve development velocity and code quality.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Salesforce DX-based development practices
Contribute to data migration initiatives including ETL/ELT design, validation, and reconciliation
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits and best practices
Develop secure, compliant solutions aligned with enterprise governance and audit standards
Leverage Generative AI / Agentic AI tools for code generation, testing, and documentation
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence across the team

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows
Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

Preferred qualifications

Experience with MuleSoft or enterprise middleware integrations
Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce
Experience with data migration and ETL/ELT processes
Familiarity with regulated industries (utilities, energy, infrastructure)
Experience with Agentic AI tools (Windsurf, Devin, Copilot, etc.)
Salesforce Platform Developer II or Architect certifications
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
