Job Summary (2-3 sentences describing job purpose):
A Subject Matter Expert in Web Services and the Microsoft Office Suite of collaborative products, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Forms, Stream, MS Power Apps & Flow, Excel, SQL and Nintex Forms & Workflow.
Works with MNPS business owners to understand and document requirements for developing Workflow Forms and applications in SharePoint Online and other web related products.
Develop, test, analyze and maintain software applications throughout the production life cycle.
List, in the order of importance or time spent, the essential duties/tasks performed by the position.
- Works with department and teams in the maintenance and development of SharePoint, PowerApps & Flow, Nintex forms and workflow, Content Management Systems and Office 365 products.
- Works with TIS Web Services Product Manager and business partners; serve as the primary point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution of Applications
- Troubleshoot issues; document findings/root cause/solutions/fixes and work within team and other TIS resources
- Aid in the analysis/requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation/testing, and support of collaboration solutions for the EDS Department.
- Ensure solutions are functional across devices including remote, browser, and mobile. Provide input for the collaboration solutions product roadmap.
- Coordinate external development workload, ensuring solutions are to specification and delivered timely
- Create and execute test scripts ensuring applications function within requirements. Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the collaboration solutions.
- Perform additional duties related to this position as assigned.
Education (training/degree):
Required minimum: Bachelor's degree in computer science, plus a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience require

Skills Required:
- Experience in Office 365 suite of tools including SharePoint Online, Groups, and Teams.
- Experience with data analysis using Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, HTML, CSS and other similar tools.
