About the Role:This is a managerial/leadership position with responsibility for the 1st shift team that provides break-fix support of the Kinetic Broadband network. This role will require extensive technical knowledge on a wide range of network services, excellent organizational skills, and an engaged leadership style. The ideal applicant will be able to manage multiple tasks, assist NOC technicians with break-fix activity, coach and develop NOC talent, and create/modify reports for upper leadership.
What You'll Do:- Monitor and support 2nd shift Access NOC Personnel and workload on a day-to-day basis, engaging as requested or as needed to help move events to resolution
- Support and coordinate Outage and break-fix events to resolution. This involves opening a bridge, coordinating restoration with Local Operations, update appropriate tickets, and confirm impact with NOC verticals
- Manage and maintain Access NOC workload responsibilities for 2nd shift
- Develop relationships with Engineering, Operations, and NOC vertical partners
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching, conduct regular one-on-one and staff meetings, and serve as a point of escalation for Access NOC team members
- Track individual analyst progress and provide feedback both quarterly and annually
- Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule, supporting other (voice and IP) NOC teams as needed
- Define and analyze current gaps and recommend solutions to leadership.
- Establish training, and job aid documentation to improve workflow and educate users.

Minimum Requirements: Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 4-6 years technical/telephony experience with 4+ years directly related to the job; or 7+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
