Contract to Hire - Location - Libertyville, IL, USA
ServiceNow Platform Ownership – Own the day-to-day administration, availability, security, governance, and continual improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
ITSM Leadership – Administer and continuously improve Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, SLA, Major Incident, and reporting capabilities.
ITOM & CMDB Management – Own CMDB governance, data quality, CI lifecycle, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and operational visibility to improve service health and reduce MTTR.
ITAM & License Management – Manage hardware/software asset lifecycles, software models, entitlements, reclamation, compliance, audits, and optimization.
Configuration & Automation – Configure workflows, forms, notifications, roles, access controls, automation, data structures, and platform capabilities to deliver scalable solutions.
Integrations & Data Integrity – Design and maintain APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, Integration Hub/Spokes, and integrations with identity, monitoring, procurement, financial, and endpoint systems.
Platform Lifecycle & Release Management – Manage environments, upgrades, releases, testing, SDLC controls, and platform changes while ensuring security, compliance, and operational requirements are met.
Governance & Roadmap – Support the ServiceNow strategy and roadmap, manage demand and technical debt, prioritize enhancements, and establish standards aligned with ITIL and enterprise architecture.
Reporting & Operational Excellence – Develop dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports; monitor platform health and performance; and identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement – Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, translate requirements into sustainable solutions, and drive adoption through documentation, training, communication, and continual process improvement.
