UKG Project Manager

Role: UKG Project Manager Location: Limited hybrid Boston MA Duration Through 9/26/26, expect to extend long term
25% onsite travel. The current contractor is local but onsite requirements have been few and far between. We should start our search in the Greater Boston area, then can expand to surrounding states

Project Details:

• The project is a multiyear UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation across the entire client Health System, running from late May 2025 through August 2027. The Project Manager will lead full lifecycle delivery of UKG WFM modules including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, EZCall, and Timeclocks while coordinating with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and Compliance across a complex, multientity healthcare environment. This role requires handson UKG implementation expertise, strong stakeholder management, and up to 25% onsite travel in a hybrid model.

Requirements:

• Top Must-Haves:
• Deep UKG Pro WFM Implementation experience
• 3 5+ years implementing UKG Pro WFM / Kronos
• At least 2 full endtoend implementations (discovery golive stabilization)
• Handson experience with Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, EZCall, Timeclocks
• 7+ years of project management with strong PM tool and documentation
• Background in healthcare strongly preferred
