Job Summary:

Seeking a Technology Lead with strong L2 Production Support experience in enterprise distributed applications. Candidate must have hands-on experience with at least two of Kafka, Cognos, or Ab Initio, along with solid exposure to cloud, containers, databases, and monitoring tools.

Must Have:

• Strong L2 production support experience
• Hands-on with any two: Kafka, Cognos, Ab Initio
• Experience with OpenShift/OCP, Kubernetes
• Exposure to Flink, Spark, Hadoop, Middleware, JVM, Apigee
• 4+ years Unix & Windows, scheduling tools
• 4+ years databases: Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
• 4+ years cloud: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform
• 4+ years production management, monitoring, on-call support
• 1+ year monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Moogsoft
• 1+ year ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Remedy, CA Service Desk

Nice to Have:

• ITIL knowledge
• Automation/scripting
• Version control: Git, Bitbucket, VSS
• Global delivery environment experience
• Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills

Experience Breakdown:

• 8+ years total IT experience
• 2+ years in Kafka/Cognos/Ab Initio
