Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (EST Shift – flexible coverage for campus events, evenings, and weekends)

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems (projectors, displays, microphones, cameras, Q-SYS, Extron, Crestron, Biamp).

Provide live AV support for classroom presentations, meetings, executive events, and commencements.

Perform routine equipment testing, minor repairs, component replacements, and preventative maintenance.

Track service requests, repairs, and inventory using a standard ticketing system.

2+ Years supporting enterprise AV systems, classroom technology, and live events.

2+ Years troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining hardware (projectors, monitors, audio systems, video conferencing setup).

Ability to handle physical requirements, including lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs) and ladder work.

Availability to work flexible hours, including non-standard shifts, evenings, and weekends.

AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) Certification.

Hands-on experience or certifications with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, or Biamp.
