As the Manager of this team, you will hire, lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers that are tasked with identifying and driving complex projects with our UI / System Experience teams responsible for delivering exciting features while continuing to meet our ambitious power and ADBL goals. You will need to collaborate with other program management teams across SWE, Product Design, HI, Platform Architecture to support and improve how we deliver projects in Apple at scale.
5+ years of project management experience\n2+ years of managing project managers, as well as experience in managing people managers\nDriving large cross-functional efforts across major technical subject areas (SW, HW, Silicon, and QA).\nStrong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members.\nSolid analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as an ability to influence and impact key decision\nExperience with leading and enhancing existing processes and engineering new processes at scale.
BS or MS in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience \nExperience in working across platforms, particularly in the areas of power, thermals, battery life, performance, and charging is desirable\n\n
