Summary

Position: Software Engineer 3 - RPA Development
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months
ONLY on W2

Software Engineer 3 role focused on designing and building automation solutions for document processing and business workflows. Work includes ingesting and analyzing large PDFs, enabling search, supporting infrastructure, and collaborating across teams in an Agile environment.

Experience with RPA tools like Blue Prism or Microsoft Power Automate, cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, and document processing frameworks is key.

Qualifications:
- 8 years of Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism, including attended and unattended bots interacting with web sites
- 8 years of Experience with RPA integration with APIs and Databases including RESTful web services and SQL DBs
- 8 years of Experience developing reports and/or documents based on structured/unstructured data
- 8 years of Experience building analytics based on structured/unstructured data
- 4 years of Experience with Azure infrastructure including troubleshooting
- 4 years of Experience with Power Automate development including Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows
- 4 years of Proficiency in the Java programming language
- 4 years of Power BI, SQL
- 4 years of Azure AI/Cognitive Search
- Preferred 1 year BluePrism Certification
- Preferred 1 year Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
