10+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead role
Strong hands-on experience with:

Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks)
React / JavaScript (modern frontend frameworks)
SQL and/or Python

Experience leading full-stack development teams
Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and APIs
Good to have experience with QA automation frameworks, especially:

Playwright with TypeScript

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
