Role : CDP Solution Architect (Adobe RTCDP)

The resource will be supporting ongoing AEM work with the client; the scope is consistent with work completed over the past year.
Position Responsibilities:
As a CDP Solution Architect focused on Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), you will be pivotal in helping enterprise clients maximize their investment in Customer Data Platforms. You will be responsible for guiding the strategy, architecture, and secure implementation of scalable data solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital transformation and superior customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the strategizing, architectural design, and documentation of CDP implementations tailored to clients' business goals and technical environments.
- Assess, audit, and analyze clients' existing marketing technology stacks and make recommendations for improvements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration with data infrastructure and marketing platforms.
- Work collaboratively with Consultants, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Digital Marketers to drive successful technical delivery.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams, ensuring proper implementation of scalable data pipelines and cloud solutions.
- Establish and support robust data governance models, compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), to protect sensitive information throughout its lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, document, and communicate security risks related to data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Promote and enforce best practices around information security, including acceptable use policies, malware protection, and password management protocols.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and value is delivered across digital transformation initiatives.
Essential Skills, Experience
- Proven hands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including schema creation, data ingestion from multiple sources, identity resolution, and destination configuration for activation.
- In-depth familiarity with Adobe Tags (formerly Adobe Launch) and AEP WebSDK implementation processes.
- A minimum of 5 years architecting and building data pipelines, specifically within customer data platform and marketing technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, including architecting and implementing cloud-based solutions.
- Practical experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and modern data warehouse solutions (Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructure ecosystem.
- At least 3 years' experience in an agency or consulting environment, including direct client interaction and co-innovation engagements.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of data governance, data privacy, and information security best practices.
- Preferred Additional Skills:Experience with Adobe Target.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
- Background in large-scale digital transformation or customer experience projects is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications in Adobe Experience Platform, cloud platforms, or related technologies are a plus.
