Job Title:  OCM Lead

Location: Remote (must work Eastern Time Zone hours)

Occasional travel to Atlanta                                                                           

Duration: 6 months initially, (likely extension)

Client: Insight Enterprise      

We have a new opportunity with Insight Enterprises that requires a true Organizational Change Management Leader with strong SAP S/4HANA experience and deep exposure to Logistics and Order to Cash.

This role is OCM-first. We are not looking for SAP functional resources. The candidate must have led change efforts for large-scale ERP transformations and supported domains such as Transportation Management, Fulfillment, Order to Cash, and Forecast to Stock.

We need your two strongest candidates who:

• Have led multiple SAP-enabled transformations
• Have direct OCM leadership experience
• Understand supply chain and OTC processes
• Have driven post-go-live adoption and sustainment
