Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Distributed Technologies, Web Services, Big Data, SQL, Python, and Financial Risk. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams in an Agile environment to analyze requirements, improve application processes, enhance documentation, and drive automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·        Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather and define business and technical requirements.

·        Support application development and integration using Web Services, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, and SQL.

·        Develop, analyze, and optimize SQL queries to support business and technical requirements.

·        Work on projects within the Financial Services and Risk Management domain.

·        Identify opportunities to improve application documentation and automate recurring manual processes.

·        Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

·        Partner with cross-functional teams to improve application performance, operational efficiency, and process optimization.

·        Document business processes, technical workflows, and functional specifications.

·        Support project implementation, testing, and production deployment activities.

Required Skills

·        Strong experience as a Business Analyst.

·        Solid understanding of Distributed Technologies and Web Services.

·        Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Hive, Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.

·        Strong expertise writing and analyzing SQL statements.

·        Experience within the Financial Services, preferably Risk Management, domain.

·        Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

·        Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·        Bachelor''s degree required.
