Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Remote Options (Fully Remote, Partially Remote, Onsite): Telecommuter. First 2 weeks need to be in office. (might be only few day)
- Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: HS Diploma but Bachelors is preferred
- How many years of related experience are we looking for in our ideal candidate? 6 years customer service.
- Heavy writing and speaking with customers over the phone.
- Microsoft excel, word, really help.
- Expected Shift: M-F Normal business hours 8:30-5pm.
- Member complaint and grievance processing preferred.
- Competent working knowledge of client Health Plan benefits plan/contracts/systems strongly preferred.
- Educational requirement - high school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
- Notes: Ramp up: 90 days is when they typically ramp up, so ideally no vacations please... 1 or 2 days is okay
- Equipment: Aruba router, CPU/ laptop, 1 monitor (with laptop), 2 monitors for CPU
- Hardwire this, so desk is required at home
- Experience: Min level of experience - 4 years in healthcare and 7 years in total (that''s their conversion requirement)
- Letter writes and customer service is important
- Expected Shift: M-F Normal business hours 8:30-5pm PST with opportunities for overtime 5 hours/week. Possibly weekends as required depending on operational need.
