Role: Sr. Program Manager

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Need Banking or Financial Domain experience.

Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while continuously monitoring and reporting progress.
Identify potential risks and issues, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and drive the resolution of roadblocks to ensure project success.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes while ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular project updates and status reports.
Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development.
Ensure project documentation is thorough and up-to-date, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
Drive effective change management strategies to ensure smooth project implementation and user adoption.
Mentor and guide project team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT project management and technology advancements.
