Role: Engineering Manager (EL3) – Infrastructure Programs
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager – EL3 with a strong background in program management, C-level stakeholder engagement, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and driving cross-functional alignment across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver complex infrastructure programs with end-to-end accountability.

Partner with senior executives and C-level stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Oversee and coordinate technology integration activities for M&A transactions, ensuring minimal disruption and successful execution.

Develop and manage program governance frameworks, budgets, risks, and timelines.

Drive alignment between business objectives and technology infrastructure outcomes.

Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and business leadership.

Ensure compliance, security, and scalability in infrastructure delivery.
Required Experience & Skills:

Proven program management expertise with 12–18+ years of experience in technology/engineering leadership roles.

Demonstrated success in leading infrastructure projects at scale (data centers, cloud, networks, enterprise systems, etc.).

Strong background in M&A technology integration and post-merger transition programs.

Excellent track record of executive and C-level stakeholder management.

Ability to drive governance, strategy, and execution in highly matrixed environments.

PMP/PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
