· We are looking for an experienced ADP Project Manager with strong domain knowledge in payroll implementations. The candidate should behands-on, capable of operating at task level, and adept at governing, tracking, and executing complex payroll engagements.
· Hands-on project management experience with ADP platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView, or similar)
· Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance processes
· Experience in ADP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
· Knowledge of system integrations and data migration
· Strong experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
· Project management tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Lead and manage ADP payroll implementation or transformation projects
· Own detailed project plans, task-level execution, and delivery governance
· Coordinate across business, HR, payroll, vendors, and technical teams
· Strong experience managing ADP payroll projects
· Deep understanding of payroll processes and systems
