Pay Range - $30 - $35/hr

One of our clients is looking for a ServiceNow Instructor to join their team Hybrid in Austin, TX.

As a ServiceNow Instructor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training materials to support operational teams in the effective use of ServiceNow. The primary focus of training will be Service Operations Workspace and Platform Analytics.

• Participate in project and team meetings to support training development efforts

• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and operational users to understand current processes and incorporate them into training materials

• Develop comprehensive end-to-end training materials, job aids, and knowledge resources tailored to different user personas

• Ensure training aligns with organizational processes, quality standards, and accessibility requirements

• Facilitate training sessions in classroom, virtual, and train-the-trainer formats

• Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness

• Ensure materials are accurate, practical, and easy to understand to drive strong user adoption

• Maintain version control and proper documentation across all training modules

• 5+ years: Strong background in training development, instructional design, or operational procedure documentation

• 5+ years: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear and concise materials

• 5+ years: Proven experience delivering training in facilitator-led and train-the-trainer formats

• 3+ years: Significant knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM applications, Service Operations Workspace, Reporting, and Platform Analytics

• 3+ years: Certified ServiceNow Administrator
