Job Description:

Apex Systems is seeking a Post Market Complaint Analyst to support a clients Hearing Enhancement and wearable technology programs. This role will focus on post-market surveillance (PMS), complaint investigations, and customer quality activities supporting regulated products. The ideal candidate will have experience handling product complaints, conducting root cause investigations, supporting CAPA activities, and working within a Quality Management System in a regulated environment.

Logistical Details:
  • Contract Length: 12 months
  • Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr
  • Location: Burlingame, CA (onsite, relocation considered)
Responsibilities
  • Review, triage, investigate, and document customer and product complaints.
  • Support post-market surveillance (PMS) activities for Hearing Enhancement products.
  • Manage and track first-party store complaints and customer escalations.
  • Assist with complaint trend analysis and reporting.
  • Support CAPA investigations and root cause analysis activities.
  • Maintain complaint records and documentation in accordance with quality system requirements.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely complaint resolution.
  • Support SOP, work instruction, and quality record updates as needed.
  • Assist with audits and quality compliance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in Quality, Complaint Handling, Customer Quality, Product Quality, or Post Market Surveillance.
  • Experience investigating product complaints or customer escalations.
  • Familiarity with CAPA and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Experience working with quality systems, document management systems, or complaint management tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting consumer electronics, medical devices, wearables, or technology products preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA quality regulations.
  • Experience supporting regulated products.
  • Experience with data analysis and trend reporting.
