Job Description:

• We are looking for an Invoicing Systems Operations Analyst to perform financial, asset, and Information Systems service management processes.
• This position will be full-time contract and hybrid in Hershey, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage telecom and network invoice actions
• Perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software
• Maintain accurate asset record keeping
• Fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors
• Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested

Required:

• 4-5+ years of relevant experience in A/P workflows and invoicing systems
• ServiceNow SAM/HAM
• Understanding of procurement activities
• Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Preferred:

• SAP Ariba
• IS-related industry experience
