Job Description
Seeking an Automation Test Engineer with experience in healthcare claims processing, EDI testing, and test automation to ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare applications.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop test cases based on business requirements and design documents.
  • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Develop and execute test scripts for HIPAA X12 EDI transactions, including 837I, 837P, and NCPDP D.0.
  • Perform healthcare claims and web application testing.
  • Develop automated test suites and SQL queries for data validation.
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and support UAT.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams on QA documentation and testing activities.
 
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in test case development and functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • 3+ years of healthcare claims processing and web application testing experience.
  • 2+ years of EDI application testing and HIPAA X12 transaction testing experience.
  • 2+ years of SQL query development and business/QA documentation experience.
  • 1+ year of automated test suite scripting experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HP ALM and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
