Salary: $35 - $45 per hour

This role is ideal for a CNC Programmer who enjoys ownership of their programs, collaboration with the shop floor, and working on non-cookie-cutter parts.

Job Details- Program CNC machines using G-code and or CAM software
- Develop, modify, and optimize programs for mills and lathes
- Review drawings, specifications, and tolerances to ensure accuracy
- Work closely with machinists to troubleshoot and improve cycle times
- Assist with setup planning and first-article runs
- Ensure programs meet quality, safety, and production standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the shop
