Calibration Technician in Maple Grove, MN. This hands-on role supports the calibration, documentation, and control of
test and measurement equipment (T&ME) within a quality-focused manufacturing environment. If you have experience in calibration, metrology, manufacturing, laboratory, or quality operations, this could be the opportunity for you.
Job Duties
- Perform routine calibrations using approved procedures and measurement standards.
- Record calibration data and verify results against specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Review calibration records for accuracy and completeness.
- Receive, stage, track, and return equipment through the calibration laboratory.
- Maintain accurate equipment and database transactions.
- Coordinate equipment status and calibration needs with internal customers and vendors.
- Identify and escalate calibration or documentation discrepancies.
- Support continuous improvement of calibration laboratory processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training, associate degree, military metrology training, or related calibration experience preferred.
- Experience with test and measurement equipment in calibration, metrology, manufacturing, laboratory, or quality environments.
- Understanding of measurement, tolerances, specifications, traceability, and calibration principles.
- Ability to read technical procedures and maintain precise documentation.
- Microsoft Office and computerized equipment-management system experience preferred.
- Regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.
