Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Consultant to design and implement a comprehensive risk governance framework. The role involves developing risk registers, defining scoring methodologies, establishing governance workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s risk posture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end risk governance workflows, including risk intake, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring
Develop and standardize enterprise risk register frameworks and taxonomy
Define risk scoring models, prioritization logic, and assessment criteria
Establish roles, responsibilities, and governance structures for risk management
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive alignment across business, technology, and security teams
Support initial population and ongoing maintenance of the risk register
Create audit-ready documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in risk management, governance, or related fields
Strong expertise in risk register design and scoring methodologies
Experience with governance frameworks, workflows, and stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation and deliver knowledge transfer
