A prestigious investment firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Solutions Engineer to join its Workplace Technology team. This pivotal role is ideal for a tech-savvy innovator who can harness Microsoft 365 tools particularly Copilot and Power Platform to automate workflows and deliver enterprise-wide AI-enhanced solutions.
In this role you will engage with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, security services, product management, and delivery teams, leading technical discussions, providing training, and demonstrating technologies to diverse audiences.
What You ll Do:
- Serve as the SME for Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform
- Architect and deliver automation strategies using M365 technologies
- Collaborate globally to identify and address business needs, leveraging M365 technologies for workflow optimization.
- Lead technical discussions and provide training sessions, ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies across teams.
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Partner with global stakeholders to analyze needs and streamline processes
- Create documentation and support materials
Qualifications:
- 10+ years professional experience and Microsoft tech stack expertise in large-scale environments
- Enterprise M365, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive experience
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Copilot integration
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint workflows, Azure AD, and scripting
- Development experience with Python and C#.
- Passionate about merging AI with business efficiency
- Proven success in financial services settings preferred
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Capability to perform detailed Root Cause Analysis for complex technical problems.
- Availability to support a 24x7 production environment
