Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Poughkeepsie, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing critical processes, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvements across various organizational systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage incident, request, major incident, and problem processes to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
Lead high-priority incident management efforts, including facilitating bridge calls and providing updates to stakeholders.
Conduct thorough reviews of major incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Oversee change management processes by reviewing requests for risk, completeness, and adherence to implementation standards.
Facilitate organizational meetings, preparing and sharing agendas, and ensuring compliance with established policies.
Conduct post-implementation reviews for high-risk and failed changes to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and manage workflows, catalog items, and record producers for common data requests.
Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement to enhance organizational efficiency.
Maintain and update documentation, knowledge bases, and policies to support governance and compliance.
Build and nurture strong relationships with technical teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with organizational frameworks and governance processes.
Demonstrated expertise in managing processes such as incident resolution, change management, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in using ServiceNow for workflow creation, data tracking, and process management.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and provide clear stakeholder updates.
Strong analytical abilities, including experience working with metrics and KPIs to drive decisions.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with fraud analytics, anti-fraud strategies, and investigations to support data-driven decision-making.
Experience in identifying and implementing automation opportunities within organizational processes.
