Overview:
The Delivery Technical Lead (DTL) for the Connected Enterprise workstream will serve as the primary technical authority and delivery owner for a strategic infrastructure transformation initiative spanning 350 plasma donation centers and 16 manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end technical delivery of three core use cases while ensuring alignment with customer''s broader EAP program objectives.
The DTL will guide a team of networking and cloud engineers through discovery, design, and implementation phases, translating complex business and operational requirements into scalable AWS-based solutions.
Key technical focus areas include resilient network connectivity leveraging Amazon Leo satellite internet and eero mesh Wi-Fi, IoT sensor integration and data ingestion pipelines, real-time operational dashboards, and compliance-grade access controls. The DTL will also serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, AWS program leadership, and cross-functional workstream leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery across all Connected Enterprise use cases
- Own architecture decisions, design documentation, and Well-Architected reviews
- Manage technical dependencies with customer''s existing enterprise systems and infrastructure
- Drive stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Oversee implementation of network connectivity, IoT, and monitoring solutions
- Ensure delivery quality, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation
- Mentor and guide networking engineers on the workstream team
Skills - Must Have
Proficiency in AWS Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, and enterprise network security — combined with strong program delivery skills to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across a complex, multi-site engagement
