At CompuGroup Medical we have the mission of building ground-breaking solutions for digital healthcare. Our vision is revolutionizing how healthcare professionals produce, access, and utilize information and thus enabling them to focus on the core value of their work: patient outcomes.

Your Contribution:
  • Design, build, and operate secure, reliable, performant platform services and RESTful APIs used across products; own outcomes from design through production in a Scrum environment.
  • Lead and contribute to architecture and technical decisions; define clear interface contracts; balance scalability, performance, operability, and cost; manage technical debt intentionally.
  • Raise quality through tests, code reviews, debugging/profiling, and observability; collaborate with QA on automation; resolve defects across application and database layers.
  • Coordinate deployments and light operations on Windows Server/IIS and SQL Server (configuration, smoke checks, logs); collaborate with IT/operations.
  • Use AI assisted development tools responsibly (e.g., Copilot, code search, test generation, agentic workflows) to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.

Your Qualification:
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience with Microsoft .NET and C#, including designing/building REST APIs; strong SDLC, CI/CD, and production operations knowledge.
  • MS SQL Server proficiency: T-SQL, relational data modeling (link tables, master-detail), appropriate indexing, and performance tuning basics.
  • Frontend fundamentals: HTML/CSS/JavaScript; experience with Angular or an equivalent framework is a plus.
  • Expertise using debugging and profiling tools; awareness of secure coding and secrets handling best practices.
  • Proficiency with Git; SVN familiarity in legacy/migration contexts is a plus; clear written and verbal communication for design docs and rationale.

What you can expect from us:
  • Purpose: Become a part of a significant initiative. At the intersection of healthcare and digital innovation, we are shaping the future of e-health.
