Project Manager – NetSuite Implementation

Remote

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
Manage RAID logs and proactively address risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
Drive phase-gate reviews and ensure readiness for each implementation phase.
Coordinate UAT planning and execution.
Manage change requests, scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate business, technical, functional, vendor, and implementation teams.
Prepare and deliver Board-level status reporting.
Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and organizational readiness activities.
Ensure successful transition from implementation to production.
