About the Role

looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and build enterprise-scale data platforms that consolidate multiple data sources into a centralized, governed data warehouse while enabling AI and Machine Learning initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in modern data engineering, distributed processing, and hands-on experience with Dell AI Factory and NVIDIA GPU-accelerated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise data warehouse/lakehouse solutions.
  • Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop high-performance data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and modern data engineering tools.
  • Deploy and optimize data infrastructure on Dell AI Factory and NVIDIA AI Enterprise platforms.
  • Implement data governance, lineage, quality, security, and compliance standards.
  • Create ML-ready datasets and feature stores for Data Science teams.
  • Optimize storage and compute performance across hybrid/on-prem GPU environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
  • Document architecture, pipelines, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

  • Data Engineering experience.
  • Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
  • Experience with Spark or distributed data processing frameworks.
  • Experience with Kafka, Airflow, dbt, or similar modern data engineering tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, BigQuery, or enterprise data warehouse platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell AI Factory infrastructure and NVIDIA AI Enterprise (Required).
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical, or Pharma domain experience.
  • NVIDIA RAPIDS.
  • NVIDIA Triton Inference Server.
  • NVIDIA NIM Microservices.
  • MLOps and Feature Store implementation.
  • NVIDIA DLI or Dell AI certifications.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
