Job Details- Minimum of 5 years of industrial construction experience, including progressive field leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership professional.
- Experience leading crews on industrial construction and food processing facility projects.
- Strong background in industrial construction involving insulated metal panels (IMP), concrete, structural steel, floor drains, and trench drains.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, job site safety, equipment operation, and quality control.
- Experience planning daily work activities, assigning crew responsibilities, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Experience tracking proect progress, materials, equipment, field documentation, and safety compliance.
- Proficiency with construction tools, machinery, and field coordination practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot field issues, resolve conflicts, and keep crews productive while meeting project requirements.
- Ability to work on active construction sites in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area and travel as required by project needs
