Job Overview:
Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Information Security, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Privacy, Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing OneTrust solutions.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale privacy and consent management programs.
- Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, ePrivacy Directive, LGPD, PIPEDA, and Global Privacy Regulations.
- Strong experience with cookie management, consent frameworks, and preference centers.
- Experience developing privacy governance frameworks and operating models.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from IAPP is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of OneTrust Privacy Management solutions across the organization.
- Configure and manage OneTrust modules including Cookie Consent, Preference Management, Privacy Rights Automation (DSAR/DSR), Data Mapping, Data Discovery, PIA, DPIA, Third-Party Risk Management, and Incident/Breach Management.
- Develop enterprise privacy architecture and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement cookie consent solutions for global websites and digital properties.
- Manage cookie inventories, cookie classification, and consent categorization.
- Configure geolocation-based consent models and multilingual privacy notices.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and other privacy laws.
- Establish Privacy-by-Design principles across business and technology initiatives.
- Lead privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations.
- Define and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Data Governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop privacy policies, standards, procedures, and operating models.
- Architect integrations between OneTrust and enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, and custom applications.
- Design APIs and automation workflows supporting privacy operations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams.
- Drive solution design reviews, governance reviews, and architecture approvals.
- Partner with executive leadership, privacy officers, legal counsel, and business stakeholders.
- Present privacy program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and privacy awareness programs.
