Manufacturing Operations Coordinator- Santa Rosa, CA

Location : Santa Rosa, CA (95403)

Project Duration : 2 years

Pay range : $20-$25 an hour

Job description:

Duties:

  • We are seeking a meticulous professional to join our semiconductor Die Fab team in Santa Rosa, California.
  • Our facility specializes in manufacturing integrated circuits to support both internal and external customers.
  • As a member of the visual inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the final integrity of both production and development circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently within a team environment to achieve area goals.
  • Undergo training tailored to your existing knowledge and ability to acquire new skills.
  • Operate a high-powered microscope and use product-specific guidelines to assess the overall quality of chips prior to shipment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards for both integrated circuits and diodes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrated circuit fabrication processing, including but not limited to sorting or visual inspection.
  • Ability to focus on intricate patterns to identify small imperfections using a microscope.
  • Experience working under a microscope for detailed inspections.
  • Proficiency in inspection at 50x, 100x, and 600x magnifications.
  • Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) room environment.
  • Capability to raise concerns through a standardized chain of command.
  • Skill in handling and processing delicate and small materials
