Location: New York, Chicago, or London
Work Model: Flexible hybrid

The Opportunity

This is a build-and-scale leadership role , not a maintenance one.

We're looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to architect and lead the next phase of EQ's marketing evolution. You will define how our brand shows up in the market, how demand is created and measured, and how marketing operates as a predictable, revenue-driving engine.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer , you will work as a core member of the revenue leadership team, shaping positioning, fueling pipeline, and building the systems, team, and capabilities required to support sustained global growth.

If you thrive in environments where strategy meets execution, and where you can build something enduring rather than inherit something finished, this role is for you.

What You Will Build:

Marketing Strategy & Architecture
  • Partner with the CRO and Segment CEOs to define and own the global marketing vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to company growth objectives
  • Translate business and revenue priorities into a cohesive marketing operating model that scales globally

Brand & Market Positioning
  • Architect and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that sharpens EQ's positioning and differentiates us in competitive, regulated markets
  • Elevate EQ's presence through thought leadership, flagship campaigns, content, and events that reinforce credibility and trust

Demand & Pipeline Creation
  • Build and scale a global demand generation engine that delivers predictable, measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Design integrated, full-funnel programs across digital, ABM, paid media, email, events, and partnerships
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align ICPs, messaging, targeting, and GTM execution

Team, Operating Model & Measurement
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing team with clear accountability and ownership
  • Establish performance metrics, attribution models, and reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
  • Drive a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement grounded in data

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation and brand platforms that drive revenue
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, pipeline analytics, and attribution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with demonstrated success partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Experience leading global or multi-regional teams (North America and Europe preferred)
  • Builder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, energized by creation, and motivated by impact

Why You'll Love Working at EQ
  • EQ is a Top Employer in the UK, US, and India, offering meaningful work and real career growth
  • You'll join a global, collaborative team focused on innovation, trust, and long-term value creation
  • Flexible work options, competitive compensation, wellness benefits, and a people-first culture that supports success inside and outside of work

Come build what's next with us.
At EQ, the future isn't managed, it's created.
