Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 10–12+ years of experience to lead and manage large-scale programs in the Consumer domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing cross-functional teams, driving business transformation initiatives, and delivering projects across consumer-facing applications, retail operations, customer engagement, digital transformation, e-commerce, marketing, and business operations.
The candidate should have excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, budgeting, and risk management skills, with the ability to work with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and customers.
Required Skills:
12+ years of overall IT / business experience.
10+ years of Program Management experience.
Strong experience in Consumer, Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, CPG, or Customer-Facing domain.
Experience managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
Strong understanding of:
Program Management.
Project Planning and Execution.
Budgeting and Forecasting.
Risk and Issue Management.
Resource Planning.
Stakeholder Management.
Change Management.
Vendor Management.
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Vendors.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
