Role Overview

We re looking for a hands-on UiPath Solution Architect who can design and build enterprise-scale automations, not just review designs. You ll stay close to the code for complex workflows while also shaping architecture, standards, and AI adoption across the automation landscape.

This role works closely with business stakeholders, Developers, security teams, and the RPA CoE to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath platform
• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical and automation feasibility
• Lead solution design, complexity assessment, and effort estimation
• Remain hands-on for complex automations, POCs, and AI-enabled workflows
• Build and govern automations using UiPath Studio and REFramework
• Own and guide usage of UiPath products including:
• Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers)
• UiPath Apps
• UiPath Maestro (process orchestration)
• Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center
• Design AI-enabled automations (IDP, OCR, LLM integration)
• Perform architecture and code reviews; mentor development teams
• Partner with Security and Risk teams for architecture and security reviews
• Ensure solutions align with RPA CoE standards, governance, and design guidelines
• Use Jira to manage automation backlogs, track delivery, support sprint planning, and provide visibility into progress
• Support production stability, performance tuning, and issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, and Maestro and 5 Plus experience in Architect role
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale automation architectures
• Good Hands on experience on AI, Document Understanding, and API and LLM integration
• Strong programming skills (C#, VB.NET; Python is a plus)
• Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations
• Experience working in Agile teams, using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
• Familiarity with GIT CI/CD, version control, and release management
• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to business stakeholders
• Experience working in or with an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE)

Mandatory Requirement

• UiPath Certification is required
• UiPath Certified Solution Architect (preferred), or
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer

• Telecom domain experience
