Onshore Engineer Manager/Delivery Lead

ooking for a strong Digital/eCommerce Engineering Manager with experience in JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of IT experience including development
2+ years of leading/managing people
5+ years of experience performing Developer role.
Ability to review technical designs and perform code reviews.
Experience working in a Digital environment (ecommerce, web products)
Experience working in any of the front end JavaScript technologies (Angular JS, React JS, Node.JS) and backend technologies using Java.(Front end technology

Primary, Back end

Secondary:
Technically hands-on to perform code reviews and design reviews.
Excellent English communication skills in written and spoken form
Solid interpersonal skills, passion around facilitation, empowerment, and servant leadership
Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
Healthcare experience will be an added plus.
3+ years of experience in Python using common data science libraries such as scikit-learn or Databricks
3+ years of experience applying NLP (transformers, gpt,etc) in a production setting using large amounts of data
2-3 years of experience applying LLMs (RAG, vector db, embeddings) to solve real world problems
Experience applying data science techniques in a commercial enterprise, including supervised, unsupervised learning, NLP, time-series forecasting and other statistical analyses
Experience building APIs for the models
Good experience with one of the cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform). Having Azure cloud experience is more preferred.
Skillset:
Hands on experience in Java, spring, webflux, mysql, angular, AEM
Azure Cloud Experience
AI/ML user or builder persona is a must.
