Summary
Position Type: 6-month contract
Compensation: $20-$22/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift Days & Time: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am- 4:00 pm
Remote or Hybrid: Hybrid; Tuesday and Friday remote, the remaining days are on-site.
*Overtime to assist the team in coverage due to vacation and illness will be required as needed but not a regular expectation.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls for technical support.
- Answering emails and voicemails for support.
- Using remote tools (Bomgar) to connect to a client machine and troubleshoot.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Installing software via SCCM
- Troubleshooting printing issues
- Troubleshooting Mobile devices
- Using remote tools (Bomgar) to connect to a client machine and troubleshoot.
- Thorough documentation of all work done within the ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Virus and malware removal.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience on a Service Desk or Desk Top Services.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Network configuration Web Browser add-ins and issues.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbally).
- Experience with configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting ability.
- Working Knowledge of Windows 10
- Office 365 suite experience
- Some technical writing ability for knowledge base article creation.
- Familiarity with Active Directory – change password, unlock accounts, group membership.
- Familiarity with SCCM – Installing packages, verification.
