Summary

Primary Goal: To analyze business requirements in hotel operations, loyalty, or revenue management, and translate them into functional, actionable specifications for technical teams

Key Responsibilities

Domain Expertise Implementation: Leverage deep knowledge of hospitality, hotel operations, and revenue management systems to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for property management systems (PMS), central reservation systems (CRS), POS, and loyalty platforms.
Product Ownership/Liaison: Act as a key liaison between clients and technology teams, functioning as a product owner to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Solution Design & Testing: Map and analyze business processes to identify gaps; work with developers to design solutions (migrations, roll-outs) and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stakeholder Management: Lead client discussions, present insights, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across multi-property or multi-brand environments.
Agile Methodology: Drive projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, conducting sprint planning, ceremonies, and requirement refinement

Required Skills and Qualifications

Domain Knowledge: Strong, proven experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Revenue Management, Loyalty Programs, Guest Operations, or Digital Transformation.
Technical Familiarity: Deep understanding of hotel technology ecosystems: PMS (e.g., Opera), CRS, GDS, and POS.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis to drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Documentation: Expertise in creating detailed user stories, process maps, and functional requirement documents (FRD).
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
