Job Description:

• Client will be doing a zoom so if you send candidate ask for when they can do zoom.  Client will set up zooms in order of earliest availability.
• We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer to join our team and help design, implement, and support identity and access management solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with architects, project managers, and service delivery teams to build scalable identity solutions that enhance security and streamline access across enterprise systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, including workflows, rules, connectors, and policies.
• Build and maintain API services to manage access policies and access requests.
• Integrate SailPoint solutions with external enterprise applications and authentication systems.
• Support Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations to provide secure and seamless user access.
• Collaborate with architects, service delivery managers, and project managers to execute SailPoint deployment plans.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, contributing to sprint planning, development, and solution delivery.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development (workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and configurations).
• 5+ years working with Okta SSO integrations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, delivery managers, and project managers.
• Strong experience integrating IAM systems with enterprise applications and APIs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience developing API services for access management and request workflows.
• Experience working with Texas state agencies or government environments.
