Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner to support the delivery and evolution of digital products by working closely with senior product leaders, stakeholders, and development teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn Agile product ownership, requirements definition, and backlog management while contributing to real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Backlog Support

• Assist in managing and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly written, prioritized, and ready for development.

• Support the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic functional requirements.

• Work with senior Product Owners to break down high-level requirements into clear, actionable features.

• Help prioritize backlog items based on business value, dependencies, and stakeholder input.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Gather input from business stakeholders, users, and internal teams to understand product needs.

• Participate in requirements workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning sessions.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to clarify requirements.

Agile Delivery Support

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support sprint demos by helping prepare content and validating delivered features.

• Assist with UAT planning and execution, ensuring delivered functionality meets business expectations.

Documentation & Analysis

• Maintain product documentation including requirements, workflows, and release notes.

• Help document business processes and product enhancements.

• Track and report on basic product metrics and delivery status.

Continuous Improvement

• Learn and apply Agile and product management best practices.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and identifying enhancement opportunities.

• Stay engaged with product trends and user-centered design principles.
