Summary

Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer with Health Cloud (ONLY W2)

Location: Remote

JD-

  • 8 years of experience designing and developing technical designs in salesforce for large platforms
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with Health Cloud as a developer is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working with Lightning Framework (LWC components) in Service Cloud/ Health Cloud.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience building OmniStudio Solutions.
  • Experience applying best practices in both declaratives, programmatic approach and Processes, owning end to end technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.
  • Background and deep experience with Salesforce are mandatory. PDII certification is preferable.
  • Internal customer management, the influence of peers, team effectiveness and enhancement, timeline management, proactive problem-solving ability, ability to develop trust, shared goals and values.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/ negotiation skills.
  • Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CICD) processes is a plus
  • Experience leading CI/CD strategy end to end using any devops tools like Flosum, Copado, DevOps Center/git, genkins is a plus.
  • Salesforce Health Cloud Super badge completion or certification is a plus.
  • Relevant Healthcare/ Life sciences experience is a plus.
