Project Manager - Commercial IT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale Commercial IT initiatives supporting market access, pricing, and contracting capabilities. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timeline, and budget expectations are met while following established project governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of multi-month IT implementation projects from initiation through completion
* Gather business requirements and define project scope, plans, and estimates
* Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
* Provide clear status reporting and proactively address issues and blockers

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-10 years of hands-on experience delivering commercial IT projects - either using agile or waterfall based delivery approaches
* A track record of high quality, successful, complex, on time and on budget delivery of projects
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with commercial business partners
* Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and motivate cross functional teams
* Experience commanding status meetings and effectively holding team members accountable for deliverables and timely escalation of blockers
* Ability to actively anticipate, track and plan for risks, issues, dependencies, resourcing and contingencies
* A history of successfully managing vendors and vendor-implemented packaged software

Highly preferred:
* Experience implementing Model N, Revitas or Vistex Revenue management systems
* Experience partnering and collaborating with Pharmaceutical Market Access teams (Trade, Contracts, Patient Services, Pricing, Field Access & Reimbursement) or similar roles in other regulated industries to deliver technical capabilities
* Experience working with Pharmaceutical commercial data sets (GPO Rebates, Payer rebates, 867, chargebacks, specialty pharmacy, payer, etc.)
* Experience working with Reporting and analytics projects using modern technologies (e.g. Tableau/Qlik, Informatica, AWS S3 RedShift)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
